We provide year-round and seasonal equipment rentals to our construction company partners. Our 10,000 SQ. FT. storage facility allows us to meet our client's ongoing needs and have equipment readily available for delivery to the construction sites. Below is a sample list of some of the equipment that is currently available in our warehouse.
From the beginning, our focus has been to create a zero-waste approach to construction sites. We are very proud of the fact that upwards of 90% of all recyclable materials collected by our waste management service are diverted from landfills. Working with our partners, we recycle concrete, asphalt, wood, and cardboard from the construction sites we service. We provide our clients with 16-yard, 20-yard, 32-yard bins for construction debris and offer same-day pick up where needed.
Special Projects is a newly founded division of BMS Construction Services Inc. We strongly believe in being involved in our community and helping wherever we can. Recently, we have seen an increased need for smaller, niche projects which have different objectives and budgets than larger construction projects. We consult with various charitable foundations to assist them in their construction needs.
